Shipping, Returns & Warranty

General Shipping

All shipments within the contiguous USA are free. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to three business days to leave the warehouse. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to use any carrier. At checkout you will have the option to purchase FedEx 2-Day or 3-Day shipping if you prefer.

Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and US Territories

We are happy to ship to one of these areas but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location. All shipments to one of these areas will also leave the warehouse for shipping within 2-3 business days.

Warranty Info

Stuller and Lashbrook rings are covered by their own warranty, outlined below. For all other manufacturers, at the time of purchase, your ring is automatically registered with the most comprehensive lifetime warranty in the industry. Besides covering manufacturing defects of any kind for life, the warranty also covers accidental damage to the ring.  In case of damage, simply return the ring and We will replace it at no charge to you.  Because tungsten rings are extremely hard, they cannot be resized using traditional methods.  This lifetime warranty also includes a lifetime resizing policy, which means if your ring size ever changes, We will replace your ring with a different size absolutely free of charge.  Any custom work done to a ring, will have to be paid for if customization is wanted on the replacement ring.

Custom work, such as engraving, is not covered for "free" under the warranty. If you have the ring originally engraved and need to get a new ring for any reason, re-engraving must be paid for again in order for new rings to be re-engraved. Alternatively, we can send you a replacement without engraving at no cost under warranty.

Note: Tungsten rings are the most scratch resistant rings known to man, but they can still be scratched by non-metallic materials, such as diamonds, sapphires, and rocks or construction materials that contain hard crystals. This means scratches can occur and are considered normal wear and tear, not a defective ring.  We can polish out scratches for $20. Also, black tungsten rings are coated with a titanium alloy to make them black, and can scratch off over time. Therefore, the warranty does not cover the coating on black tungsten rings. They can be re-plated for $20. You may want to consider black ceramic rings instead, which is as scratch resistant as tungsten and will not lose its color, ever. Also, the inlay part of tungsten rings, such as carbon fiber, gold, and other precious metals inlays are not made of tungsten and are less durable than tungsten, so they can and will scratch more easily than tungsten. 

  • Engraving does not void the warranty, but when a ring is replaced the warranty does not cover re-engraving.
  • There is no waiting period to use the lifetime replacement or lifetime sizing policy.
  • 3rd party alterations to the band will void the warranty, except for engravings.
  • Shipping fees to send the ring back to us for warranty work is the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

Stuller and Lashbrook rings are covered by their own return policies, outlined below. For all other ring manufacturers, you may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You MUST receive a return authorization form from us in order for your return or exchange to be properly processed. If you do not notify us and get this form with the correct RMA#, your item may sit on the shelf at the manufacturer indefinitely until you alert us and we tell them to find it for you.

Stuller Warranty & Return Policy

Returns

Stuller rings are titled with "by Stuller" and follow the warranty and returns policy of Stuller. When you purchase a Stuller ring, your ring is covered by a lifetime warranty. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied and need to return merchandise, you may exchange or return it, provided you follow these procedures:

  • Return merchandise in its original condition and packaging; including envelopes, bags and boxes.
  • Merchandise should be securely packaged and insured.
  • Rings that have been customized or engraved are not eligible for return.
  • There is no waiting period to use the lifetime replacement or lifetime sizing policy.

Stuller rings must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase with the exception of Stuller rings made from Ceramic Couture, Titanium, and Stainless Steel, which may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the day of purchase. Stuller rings returned outside of this time period may be accepted in some cases but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Stuller and Willyoube.com are not responsible for returns or exchanges that are damaged in transit. Stuller and Willyoube.com may not be responsible for returned merchandise if the outlined procedures are not properly followed.

Warranty 

Items with manufacturing defects are covered under the lifetime warranty and may be returned for exchange. Items that were altered, cut, engraved, or manufactured to your specifications cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. For exchanges, we will do an exchange transaction, along with any exchange fee. Be aware that normal shipping charges do apply to the exchange order. Please be aware of the following warranty information:

  • 3rd party alterations to the band will void the warranty.
  • Engraving, even when done by Stuller, voids the warranty.
  • Shipping fees to send the ring back to us for warranty work is the customer's responsibility.

Ceramic Couture, Titanium, and Stainless Steel bands are eligible for lifetime refurbish/repair services for $15 plus shipping fees per service. These rings are also covered under a lifetime sizing policy for only $20 plus shipping fees per sizing (after the initial 30 day free resizing period).

Lashbrook Warranty & Return Policy

Returns

Lashbrook rings are titled with "by Lashbrook" and follow the warranty and returns policy of Lashbrook. Lashbrook rings are not eligible for return. However, they may be resized. If you would like to have your Lashbrook ring resized, you may do so for free within the first 30 days of purchase. Contact us and we will provide you with the instructions and return shipping address. If you would like to resize your ring later than 30 days after the purchase, you may do so for a fee. There is a fee of 20% of the ring’s cost for exchanges. If you had a custom ring made, the fee is 30%. All resizing requests must receive authorization prior to being processed. Rings sent for resizing without the proper authorization and requested paperwork will be returned to you at your expense.

Warranty 

All Lashbrook rings carry a lifetime guarantee. If a piece should ever fail because of defect, it will be replaced free of charge. Camo inlays will wear and may be replaced for free. Elysium rings are guaranteed against breakage for one year and will be replaced free of charge during the first year. Should an Elysium ring break after the first year, it will be replaced for 20% of the original cost. Loss and theft are also covered under the guarantee. Any ring that is lost or stolen may be replaced with the payment of the claim fee (20% of the cost of the ring). This policy does not apply to custom rings. Contact us to inquire about the cost to exchange or replace a custom ring as the cost will vary based on the complexity and style of each custom ring.
